Folsom Field will be the site of not only the usual spectacular fireworks display, but an entire family-oriented, sure-to-be-a-blast Independence Day celebration featuring the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra and the Colorado Shakepeare Festival. One of the country's most renowned summer festivals, CSF continues to present the best of classical theatre from mid-June to mid-August. This internationally acclaimed festival is held four nights per week for seven weeks at the historic Chautauqua Auditorium, showcasing classical musicians from all over the world.
