On his way through the woods to his marriage, Fadinard's horse eats the hat of a married lady spending a few moments with her lover. Fadinard has to find the very same rare hat to avoid her dishonor. Hey CU Buff Fans! Join us this Friday as we kick of the start of the football season with the first of many Pearl Street Stampedes! It’s an old-fashioned parade and pep rally. Come cheer and experience the all fun as the Golden Buffalo Marching Band, the CU Football Team and the cheerleaders show their school spirit before the big CU versus CSU game. The stampede starts in front of the Boulder County Courthouse (14th and Pearl), and is led by an antique CU fire truck. It ends with a pep rally in the Daily Camera parking lot (11th and Pearl) in historic downtown Boulder. These events are FREE and fun for the whole family. The 12th Annual Boulder Creek Hometown Fair is a celebration that features arts & crafts exhibitors in Central Park and on the Boulder Public Library lawn along the creek.
