Conference Services Request Form:

In an effort to clarify the Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau's process for assisting groups planning meetings & events in Boulder, the following request form has been implemented. If after reviewing this outline you feel the Boulder CVB can assist you, please follow the procedure listed below:

Guiding Principles:
|
The Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau (BCVB) is a division of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, a Colorado non-profit corporation.
The mission of the BCVB is to develop, market and promote the City of Boulder's conference, art/cultural, historic, tourist and visitor potential for the express purpose of aiding the Boulder economy.
The BCVB is available to assist and consult organizations, but will not participate in fundraising, securing sponsorships or awarding grants.

Request Requirements:

Written requests should include the attached demographics form and a description of the event or activity. Requests will be reviewed by the BCVB and assistance will be customized on a case-by-case basis.

- The event must take place in the city of Boulder.
- The event must be held at a time of the year that complements Boulder's existing calendar of events and a time that our resources and assistance are available.
- The event must be of minimal inconvenience to Boulder residents as defined by the City of Boulder on a case-by-case basis (street closures, neighborhood activity) and shall comply with all Boulder city ordinances (noise ordinance, signage and traffic laws, inflatables etc.) Please contact the City of Boulder for further ordinance information at 303-441-3131.
- The organization will be asked to submit a final report evaluating the effectiveness and success of the event and impact on the community. The report will be sent to the meeting planner and will include total attendance, overnight stay and per person expenditure figures.
