    Overview

The Boulder Modern Quilt Guild and the Sustainability, Energy and Environment Community present a modern quilt show challenging participants to construct quilts with sustainable materials and practices. Entrants were encouraged to submit modern quilts that fell within these five categories: repurposed, rescued fabrics; renewable, sustainable new fabrics; scraps, waste, and otherwise trashed pieces of fabric; repaired, restored, and reworked ‘old’ quilts into new quilts; unusual materials.
