The 17th annual Boulder International Film Festival (June 24-27) will bring films and filmmakers to Boulder for a four-day celebration of the art of cinema. The critically-acclaimed festival is a showcase for the best films by new and emerging filmmakers, as well as our industry’s most talented directors, producers, and actors. Adding to the BIFF experience are events featuring nationally renowned chefs, filmmaker happy hours, legendary parties, talented musicians and much more.
BIFF 2021 will take place at venues in downtown Boulder and at the historic 1300-seat Chautauqua Auditorium at the foot of the Flatirons. The new summer dates give BIFF the opportunity to present an award-winning lineup of films, while featuring Boulder’s world renowned venues and outdoor spaces for events, parties and film screenings.
This year there will also be a free BIFF Community Fair on the Chautauqua green that will host non-profit arts organizations, the singer songwriter showcase and beer + food. The Community Fair happens Saturday June 16 from 12-6pm.
