    Overview

Join Debora Martin, Volunteer Naturalist for an adventure into the lives of plants! We'll check out wild flowers, and how pollinators are attracted by color, fragrance, and shape. Then we'll experience the life of a tree by going on an exciting nature hunt as we investigate and learn easy tricks to identify trees, how they grow, and why trees are important to life on Earth. Meet at the Lehigh Street entrance to Shanahan Ridge (map search 1903 Lehigh street in Boulder, where Lehigh and Lafayette intersect) for a hike on Shanahan Ridge Trail. Ages 6 and up

    Maximum Participants: 25

Programs are free and open to all. (But please don't bring your dog.) Groups can sign up for free programs led by OSMP staff and volunteers. Visit the Request a Program page to learn more.
