    All-Levels Fitness Boot Camp Class


    Visiting Boulder and miss your fitness routine or want to experience a unique slice of Boulder? Join the folks at Fitness For Living for one of their Boot Camp classes.

    Led by a personal trainer, the small and camaraderie-based classes are designed for a wide range of abilities. Run, jump, push and pull your way to fitness fun.

    Featured on NBC’s Today Show and the Daily Camera’s ‘Best Workout of the Year”, Fitness For Living has been energizing Boulder with its Boot Camps & PowerFit Yoga Camps for 12 years.

    All equipment is provided. Just register online, receive an email confirmation back and just show up – it’s that easy.

    Drop-in classes are available to those visiting Boulder.

    Recurring weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday

    Class Times
    > 6:00-7:00 am
    > 7:15-8:15 am
    > 9:00-10:00 am (women's class)

    Cost: $15 per class

    What to Bring
    > Running shoes
    > Comfortable clothes
    > Water bottle
    > Note: ask our trainer for a yoga mat and other equipment needed for the day
