    Train Like The Pros: Fitness Ride

     If you're a fit rider but are not a super-skilled mt biker, this ride is for you - enjoy amazing mountain biking in Colorado without having to be a 'shredder'!  This ride allows you to open it up and get a great workout - fast dirt roads and smooth singletrack, rolling climbs, and a few grunter climbs that will burn more calories than you can shake a stick at! All with incredible views of our local Colorado landscape and the massive Rocky Mountains beyond.  We'll start with some gentle rolling dirt roads to warm up those legs. We'll continue on fireroads with a ribbon of singletrack beside it that you can jump on and off if you  chose - a perfect blend of rolling terrain where you can go 'all out' and get that heart rate up!  The we can hit the bigger climbs - up to fiveclimbs of  20-45 minutes each - on gorgeous dirt roads with incredible views. You can chose how many of the climbs we ride  depending on your 'Suffer Factor'! We depart from and ride in beautiful Boulder, CO.
