Rest and recovery play a critical role in any successful training regimen, so here's a choice of two great Boulder hotels that will help you to refresh and revitalize in time for your next workout.

    • The Hotel Boulderado is located in historic downtown Boulder, just one block off of Pearl Street. Built in 1909, it is known for its superior service and luxurious Victorian elegance and is a member of the Historic Hotels of America. When the US Pro Cycling Challenge came through Boulder in 2013 and 2015, the hotel had a front-row seat to all of the action. Get more information and book now >
    • Millennium Harvest House is located just a five-minute walk from the CU Sports Medicine & Performance Center. The Boulder Creek Path is right outside the back door, and the hotel sits on 16 beautiful acres with an indoor lap pool and fitness center. During IRONMAN in 2014 and 2015, racers ran right by the hotel on the Boulder Creek Path portion of the course. Get more information and book now >

Healthy food options abound. Whether you’re looking for grocery stores, fast casual food or a celebratory meal, you’ll find Boulder’s food scene supports your body. This city is home to 70 Olympic athletes, half of the country’s professional bicycle racers and more IRONMAN World Champions than any other U.S. city, so it's no surprise Boulder's food scene supports athletes and a healthy lifestyle.
