Upslope's main production brewery in Flatiron Park resides just to the east of downtown and is also connected to OZO Coffee Roastery, making it an even more enticing venue. A unique touch is that you'll be able to see the brewery's grain as it moves through a clear tube for production. In-house catering is available through the tap room restaurant, plus a rotating selection of 24 beers on tap. A projector and screen are also available to be set up for meetings. Bookcliff Vineyards Tasting Room

Hold a meeting in Bookcliff's atmospheric wine production room, where attendees will be surrounded by wine barrels, tanks and other winemaking equipment. On the smaller side, a projector is available to set up, but traditional AV equipment is not available. Meeting add-ons include wine tasting, charcuterie, and Bookcliff's "Be a Winemaker for a Day" experience, where a winemaker will walk the group through a blending exercise and allow participants to create a wine to bring home.

Silver Vines Winery

Silver Vines Winery has a central Pearl Street location that is ideal for attendees staying downtown, as it is walkable from many downtown hotels. A projector, screen, microphone and amplifier are available to set up throughout the winery. They offer cheese and meat boards as well as a couple of dessert options in-house.
