Boulder’s Food & Beer Culture
Blame it on the sun, the soil, the passion and entrepreneurial spirit of Boulderites or the standard we hold as a culinary community, but Boulder’s natural, organic and high-quality foods industry has set national trends. What does that mean for your groups? It means when they meet in Boulder, they’ll find one of the best food and beer cultures they’ve ever experienced.
Boulder was named "America's Foodiest Town” by Bon Appétit magazine and the “Beer City to Watch in 2018” by Food & Wine. So it’s safe to say that this town has it all for your group: acclaimed restaurants, phenomenal breweries and the walkability to discover them all in one vibrant and creative community.
Restaurants
Tucked between shops and peppered throughout town are local coffee shops, artisanal cafés, a food truck park and highly acclaimed restaurants — two of which are helmed by a Top Chef champion and several more that are headed by James Beard award winners. With a healthy selection of private dining and buyout options, truly memorable meals are just part of the group experience in Boulder.
Breweries
Craft the perfect group tour or networking event for your group. As one of the microbrewing capitals of the country, Boulder has more breweries per capita than any other city in the country. There are around 20 breweries here, run by bold up-and-comers and local legends.
