In the years since the world first adapted to large-scale remote work, the once-experimental “new normal” has solidified into a lasting reality: According to recent findings from WFH Research’s Survey of Working Arrangements and Attitudes, a significant portion of the workforce continues to operate beyond the traditional office with around 13% of full-time employees now working fully remote and an additional nearly 27% maintaining a hybrid schedule.
