Thirsty locals looking to try the “absolute best” winery in Colorado can do so whether they are on the Front Range or the Western Slope. That’s because Bookcliff Vineyards, which was recently named the state’s best winery by Tasting Table, boasts two locations, in Palisade and Boulder. This month, the food-focused Tasting Table published a list of the top vino makers in each of the 50 U.S. states, seeking to celebrate companies that are “redefining American wine country,” with an emphasis on those worth making a special trip to enjoy, the article says.
