The Last Monday of Every Month

Is this the excuse you've been waiting for to round up the gang and head out for a mid-day break? You betcha! Go Out to Lunch Day is a new, community-driven initiative designed to support local restaurants and encourage workplace connection, simply by grabbing a bite to eat.

Starting on Monday, February 24, 2025, and recurring the last Monday of every month, Go Out to Lunch Day invites Boulder's workforce and community members to step away from their desks and enjoy a meal at a local eatery.

Whether it’s a quick bite or a long lunch with colleagues, your support helps strengthen Boulder’s vibrant food scene and local economy.
