Chef/Farmer Eric Skokan is happy to announce the opening of his second restaurant, Bramble & Hare. Sous Chef Josh Monopoli will work alongside Eric to create the “farmhouse kitchen and pub” cuisine that includes pub, cafe and “a la minute” menus. The restaurant seats 35, the bar seats five and the private dining room seats up to 17. The restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and late night starting at 11am and running until 2am.
Tucked just off the Pearl Street Mall, Bramble & Hare is a farmhouse kitchen and pub fashioned after lively restaurants and bars found in the quaint cities of Europe. We create clever food and drink inspired by the bounty of our chef-owned farms and ranches. Our vintage industrial space has dining room, bar and private room seating. Open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and late night, we feature fresh, garden inspired cocktails, as well as daily cafe and “a la minute” menus.
