In 2018 Scott Monette, managing partner and co-owner of the Flagstaff House, announced the addition of two new partners at the renowned fine dining restaurant. Chef Chris Royster, a past recipient of Zagat’s 30 Under 30 award and a Food Network Chopped Champion in 2016, has stepped into the role of executive chef and is now also a partner. He joins Adam Monette, Scott’s nephew and son of former executive chef Mark Monette, who takes over responsibility of the front-of-house and operations as the general manager.
