We pride ourselves on our scratch kitchen, and our effort to source unique and local ingredients. Our dough alone took a year to develop and we have been feeding our sourdough starters, Dewey and Dart, since 2017!
Yes, we source ingredients from Italy, Atlanta, locally, and beyond. Who doesn’t? We make it ourselves unless someone else does it better.
