This is no ordinary sushi restaurant. The inside may look unassuming but the fish is the best!
Fish is flown in every Thursday and it arrives fresh, never frozen. Chef and owner Nobu, brought sushi to Boulder in the early 80's and has been involved in numerous restaurants throughout the state since. TASUKI is his baby and he takes great pride in his fish.
Total gem, MUST visit, skip rolls, eat the fresh fish!
