Boulder's New Hotels
Boulder’s two sparkling new hotels — each with jaw-dropping mountain views and an enviable location across from the University of Colorado Boulder and a few blocks from downtown — are open for business!
Limelight Boulder
The Limelight Boulder hotel and conference center is opening August 2025 and is now open for bookings. There is a lot of excitement about this groundbreaking new hotel from the highly regarded Limelight Hotels brand by Aspen One.
Located on the University of Colorado campus (great for CU football game lodging!) and just up the hill from downtown Boulder, it enjoys incredible 180-degree views including the iconic Flatirons. A seat at the terrace or pool will take your breath away.
Limelight Boulder is set to earn LEED Gold certification, speaking to its highly sustainable, all-electric design — making it the largest all-electric hotel in the country.
