Michelin’s famously anonymous inspectors have been dining throughout Colorado ahead of the state’s first-ever guide.
While the newly minted Michelin-starred restaurants won’t be revealed until Sept. 12, the culinary excellence guide today announced its first winners, which are nine Bib Gourmand restaurants spanning eight cuisines from barbecue to Israeli cuisine to ramen.
