Insider Travel Reports details the upcoming phased renovation of the iconic and beloved Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, CO. Learn more about what to expect.

COLORADO: Hotel Boulderado (pictured above) in Boulder, Colo., will begin a phased renovation this fall under the direction of AJ Capital Partners in partnership with longtime owners Frank and Gina Day. The restoration will preserve the hotel’s historic character while updating guest rooms, public spaces and dining options. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2026, at which point the property will join the Graduate by Hilton collection.
